Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in technology/management/biomedical engineering or electronic engineering.
• 5 years experience in related field at Academic Medical Center.
• 5 years experience in a medium sized hospital as Supervisor or Manager of Biomedical Engineering.
• Clear writing, reading of complex materials, and solving complex problems logically.
• Organization/time management, analytical, planning and evaluation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies to achieve department objectives.
• Prepare department budget and track costs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair programs.
• Document department reports and metrics for leadership.
• Represent department in hospital committees and coordinate with staff.
