Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Technology Manager to lead the Biomedical Engineering team in providing efficient customer service and asset management at the site level. You will organize workflows, mentor technicians, and coordinate with customer stakeholders to align operations with business objectives.

The role requires a 2-year Biomed degree or equivalent, CBET preferred, and at least 7 years in service and maintenance of medical equipment plus 3+ years in service management.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Biomed or equivalent training or experience.
• CBET preferred and 7+ years of service/maintenance of medical equipment.
• 3+ years of service management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute the preventative maintenance agenda for the Biomedical Technician team.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings with team members.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to align asset management with site objectives.
• Build and maintain a site budget for asset management operations.
• Collaborate to set site goals aligned with regional performance targets.
• Generate reports on performance metrics and KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead root cause analyses and develop long-term solutions for equipment downtime, parts availability, shipping, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with shop rules, proper documentation, and audit readiness.
• Attend safety and environmental care meetings and support Joint Commission readiness.
