Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central operational link between clients and the field team.
• Receive and channel service requests for biomedical/clinical equipment via phone and email.
• Schedule and assign service cases to technicians based on contracts, schedules, location, and requirements.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and installations with clients and project teams.
• Manage cases, service orders, and follow-ups in Salesforce and Acumatica.
