Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking multiple Associate Rx Customer Service Specialists to support a leading healthcare technology and pharmacy benefits organization in Puerto Rico. The role is remote with on-site requirements and pays $17 per hour.

The position requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, a pharmacy technician background, and 1+ year of related experience. It offers a hybrid work model, weekly W-2 pay, and comprehensive benefits. Training provided.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in a Pharmacy or Member Services Call Center, Retail or Hospital Pharmacy Setting
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication in Spanish and English (Full Bilingual)
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Aufgaben

• Serve as the front line for all calls, emails, and faxes with pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers
• Utilize the Rx Platform and other resources to resolve callers’ needs efficiently
• Support pharmacy operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Report to the Pharmacy Operations Manager
