Job summary

Axle Informatics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support to the OCCPR within the NCI. You will coordinate travel, manage documents, maintain databases, and serve as a liaison among scientific staff, management, and administrative teams to ensure efficient operations.

This role supports federally funded cancer research and requires onsite work at NIH facilities, with attention to federal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum of six years of related administrative/operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience handling confidential materials with discretion.
• Work onsite at NCI facilities and comply with NIH safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and manage calendars.
• Prepare and edit documents for submission to the Office of the Director.
• Maintain databases for tracking and reporting on activities.
• Support scientific meetings and logistics.
• Provide guidance on federal guidelines and procedures.
