The Biomedical Technician II (BMET II) at TRIMEDX will install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify performance of complex biomedical equipment with minimal supervision. You will serve as a technical advisor to clinicians and assist in developing specifications for new equipment, upholding TRIMEDX core values in every interaction.

This role requires strong diagnostic skills, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with opportunities for ongoing training and growth

Qualifications

• 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience; qualifying waiver if TRIMEDX trained or equivalent certification.
• CBET certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment.
• Travel may be required based on customer or business needs.

Responsabilités

• Technical Service - 40%: PA inspections, maintenance, ESI and OVP on complex equipment.
• Repair, install, and calibrate equipment.
• Inform supervisors of repair status and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for service delivery.
• Maintain biomedical expertise through ongoing training.
• Assist with Service Operations Special Projects.
