GE HealthCare is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Field Service Engineer in the United States to respond to service calls, diagnose and repair advanced medical devices, and maintain strong customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.

You will perform PMs, follow GE policies, train and lead technicians as site leader if assigned, collaborate with hospital staff, and ensure proper documentation, part handling, and on-call coverage.

Formación

• Analytical and communication skills to convey technical issues clearly to customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in biomedical equipment service.
• Willingness to be available after hours or on rotating on-call schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and repair complex biomedical equipment issues.
• Perform planned maintenance (PM), safety and environmental inspections, and maintain customer relations.
• Document actions and submit reports according to schedule; follow GE policies and procedures.

Engineering degree or military equivalent

High School diploma/GED with 4+ years experience
