Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a field service professional to respond to service calls, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on basic Biomedical equipment. You will collaborate with teammates, follow hospital and GE policies, and document all actions accurately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, repair, and perform PM on basic biomedical equipment.
• Assist more experienced technicians on repairs/resolutions as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure proper follow up and satisfaction.
• Document all repair actions and reports; manage spares, tools, and test equipment.
• Operate within GE policy, contract terms, and regulatory requirements.
