Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Valid and unrestricted Nevada driver's license.
• Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Maintains heating/cooling systems and ensures proper operation.
• Follows preventative maintenance schedules to minimize disruption.
• Inspects mechanical rooms daily for proper operation.
• Replaces burned out lights and maintains lighting.
• Maintains departmental reports and collects data for regulatory purposes.
