Job summary

The role requires inspecting and servicing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related systems, with a focus on safety and efficient operation while coordinating with vendors and supervising staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of skilled maintenance experience preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass a Sheriff's Office background check.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Training within 15 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of standard building and facility maintenance tasks.
• Drive a truck or vehicle to transport personnel or equipment as needed.
• Inspect boilers, HVAC equipment, plumbing, and related systems; troubleshoot and repair as required.
• Perform general repairs such as drywall, painting, and door maintenance.
• Supervise contracts and work of vendors and subcontractors when assigned.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
