Responsibilities

• Perform routine and skilled maintenance across hospital facilities.
• Respond to work orders for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and determine corrective actions.
• Maintain HVAC and mechanical equipment, lighting, and related components.
• Complete general building repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Document work orders and inspections in CMMS.
• Support safety procedures and on-call rotations.
