Job summary

Brainlab is seeking a Biomedical Engineer (Application Consultant) to provide on-site clinical support, demonstrations, and training for image-guided surgery products. You will lead installations, educate OR staff, and collaborate with account teams to expand service contracts and parts sales.

The role includes 25% regional travel and requires a biomedical engineering degree with healthcare tech experience. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Nursing.
1 year experience in a technical support role for a healthcare company or provider.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site clinical evaluations to demonstrate product use and improve IGS adoption.
Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and OR personnel during surgery.
Lead installations and trainings at customer sites and educate staff on IGS products and services.
Maintain customer relationships, assess satisfaction and usage, and pursue service contracts and parts sales.
