Brainlab, Inc. is seeking a Biomedical Engineer (Regional Clinical Specialist) to provide on-site consulting to physicians and OR staff, manage the install base, and analyze product issues using Salesforce. The role emphasizes clinical coverage, GO-LIVE support, and driving usage with surgical workflows.

Travel ~50% in the first months with a strong focus on education and training. Requirements include a B.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Biomedical Engineering or related field required.
• 1-3 years in technical support in healthcare.
• 1-2 years sales experience with healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site consulting to physicians and OR staff.
• Manage install base and basic 3rd party integrations.
• Analyze and resolve product issues via Salesforce.
• Contribute to quality improvements through product modifications.
• Provide clinical case coverage and Go-Live support.
• Drive customer utilization through workflow optimization.
• Act as escalation point for regional clinical issues.
• Educate hospital staff on Image Guided Surgery products.
• Develop training programs for in-house staff.
• Maintain Salesforce documentation of working hours.
• Attend trainings and maintain product certifications.
