Mercyhealth is seeking a Bio-Medical Technician to service a broad range of medical and electronic equipment across multiple Mercyhealth locations. The role emphasizes safety testing, equipment repair, and collaboration with medical and engineering staff.
The position requires an associate degree in bio-medical engineering or electronics and 1–3 years of related experience. AAMI certification is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.
Associate Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering/Electronics or related or related Military equivalent certifications or CBET Certification.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an environment that pertains to installing, maintaining and repairing medical, electronic and/or mechanical equipment
Certification as a Bio-Medical Technician by AAMI preferred
Maintain a valid driver's license
Have and maintain driving record per Mercy's HR-01 Fleet Safety policy
