Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking a Tipper Operator at the Franklin Biomass Facility in Carnesville, GA. The successful candidate will operate the truck tipper, inspect deliveries, monitor fuel quality, and maintain accurate delivery records to support reliable biomass fuel handling.

You will work with plant personnel in a safety‑driven environment, following established procedures, and contribute to safe, efficient plant operations. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Experience operating truck tipper or similar equipment in biomass/power generation environment.
• Knowledge of safe truck tipping practices and biomass unloading procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine inspections and minor maintenance.
• Strong safety awareness and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck tipper and unloading equipment to receive biomass deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming trailers and biomass for condition and quality before unloading.
• Coordinate truck movements to maintain flow and minimize delays.
• Perform daily pre-use inspections and report issues to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and fuel quality observations.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures.
