Job summary

Fram Fuels is seeking a Loader Operator at our Baxley, GA plant to ensure the facility remains stocked with raw material and to load out pellets. The role involves daily checks, material blending, and close coordination with the shift team to maintain smooth operations.

The candidate must operate loaders safely, follow all safety procedures, and be able to work various shifts in extreme weather conditions. Strong communication and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Operate Loader safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Must wear seatbelt at all times while operating loader.
• Must pass a vision test to obtain a loader license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and complete the loader checklist; report issues.
• Coordinate with the off-going loader driver to discuss issues.
• Monitor bark, feed bins and material levels to prevent shortages.
• Mix and blend materials as directed by shift leader.
• Keep piles organized and loader area clean; fuel tank refilled at shift change.
• Maintain loader cleanliness and operate in extreme weather.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Leader.
