• Strong communication and customer service skills for scientific stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buffer and media solutions for testing and biologics development.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment (balances, pH/osmolality meters, mixing vessels, stir plates).
• Document, track, and fulfill solution preparation orders in client systems.
• Comply with GxP regulations, safety requirements, and documentation procedures.
• Collect and report operational metrics; escalate safety or compliance issues as needed.
• Cross-train teammates and support business continuity.
