Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Media Solution Prep Associate to support biologics development. You will prepare buffer and media solutions from 1–500 L, ensure GxP compliance, maintain equipment, and document activities for quality traceability.

The role emphasizes strong technical lab skills, safety, and customer service to scientific stakeholders, with on-site work at Devens, MA and routine cross-training to sustain operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of laboratory support experience within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with buffer and media preparation processes in laboratory or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to operate laboratory equipment and follow approved maintenance and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service to scientific stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ELNs and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of buffer and media solutions used in testing and biologics development.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including balances, pH/osmolality meters, mixing vessels, and stir plates.
• Utilize client systems to document, track, and fulfill solution preparation orders.
• Comply with all GxP regulations, safety requirements, and documentation procedures while performing assigned tasks.
• Collect, maintain, and report operational and performance metrics as required by management.
• Identify and elevate unsafe conditions or compliance concerns and support timely corrective actions.
• Cross-train team members and perform additional duties as needed to support business continuity.
