Job summary

JLL is seeking a Media Solution Prep Associate to support biologics development by preparing buffer and media solutions from 1–500 L. The role requires strong lab skills, adherence to GxP, and precise documentation, with a focus on safety and customer service for scientific stakeholders.

Primary duties include operating lab equipment, maintaining records, and meeting performance metrics. This onsite position is 1st shift in Devens, MA, with comprehensive benefits and a strong culture of

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of laboratory support experience in biopharmaceuticals.
Experience with buffer and media prep in lab/manufacturing environments.
Ability to operate lab equipment and follow safety procedures.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency with ELN systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Prepare buffer and media solutions for testing and biologics development.
Operate and maintain lab equipment (balances, pH/osmolality meters, mixing vessels, stir plates).
Document, track, and fulfill solution prep orders in client systems.
Comply with GxP, safety, and documentation procedures.
