Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Media Solution Prep Associate to support biologics development activities at our on-site Devens, MA facility. You will prepare buffer and media solutions (1–500 L), operate lab equipment, and document orders while maintaining strict GxP compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of laboratory support experience within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with buffer and media preparation processes in laboratory or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with client systems, including Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs), and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of buffer and media solutions used in testing and biologics development.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including balances, pH/osmolality meters, mixing vessels, and stir plates.
• Utilize client systems to document, track, and fulfill solution preparation orders.
• Comply with all GxP regulations, safety requirements, and documentation procedures while performing assigned tasks.
• Collect, maintain, and report operational and performance metrics as required by management.
• Identify and escalate unsafe conditions or compliance concerns and support timely corrective actions.
• Cross-train team members and perform additional duties as needed to support business continuity.
