TetraScience, Inc. is seeking a Scientific Data Architect to design data models that connect manufacturing processes, laboratory results, and product quality across sites and partners.

You will prototype solutions, write code, and collaborate with MSAT, QC, IT, and business teams to enable AI-driven biology workflows. You will travel up to 50% to partner sites for discovery, implementation, and training, contributing to CPV, yield analysis, and technology transfer across platforms and external

Qualificações

• 3–5 years direct experience in biologic drug manufacturing and QC.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience developing parsers, transformations, APIs, and analytical apps.
• Ability to communicate architecture decisions and scientific findings to diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite discovery with manufacturing, MSAT, QC, IT and Quality teams.
• Design reusable data models for biologics manufacturing and QC data.
• Model batch and material genealogy, linking measurements to batches and specs.
• Develop Python parsers, data transformations, and quality checks for Tetra OS.
• Prepare datasets for statistical, mechanistic, and AI/ML models and assess data suitability.
• Demonstrate solutions and train partner teams.
