TetraScience is hiring a product-minded, outcomes-focused leader to industrialize Scientific AI for life sciences. You will design scalable data models and prototype AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with scientists, PMs and engineers to deliver tangible results.

Role requires frequent on-site client interactions, Python-based pipeline work, and integration with ELN/LIMS systems, plus travel 3–4 days weekly. Strong data architecture and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• You deeply understand the life science R&D data ecosystem and its workflows.
• Experience defining, prototyping, and implementing AI/ML-driven use cases in cloud environments.
• Designed scalable and reusable data architecture with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling across scientists and executives.

Responsabilités

• Engage directly with customers onsite several days per week in the assigned region.
• Design and implement extensible data models for scientific use cases.
• Translate scientific workflows into robust solutions leveraging the Tetra Data Platform.
• Prototype and implement solutions including data model design, Python pipelines, ELN/LIMS integration, data visualization, and apps.
• Collaborate with SBAs, customer scientists and applied AI engineers to deploy models and agents.
• Demonstrate progress with regular demos to customer stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites 3–4 days per week.
