You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced biopharmaceutical setting. Current students pursuing a Master’s degree in analytical chemistry or related field with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in university for at least one semester after the co‑op.
• Expected graduation date May 2028–Dec 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and evaluation of analytical methods for biologics characterization.
• Perform lab experiments including sample prep, instrument operation, and data collection.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends across process conditions.
• Support characterization of ADCs or other complex biologics using LC‑MS.
• Assist with developing efficient analytical screening workflows.
• Organize, visualize, and summarize analytical results for technical discussions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and follow safety procedures.
