Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Analytical & Bioanalytical Sciences to join our ABMS, Assay Development, and R&D Chemistry teams. Co-ops will develop and apply MS-based methods to characterize complex biotherapeutics, contributing to a fast-growing scientific organization.

Locations include Tarrytown, NY and Hawthorne, NY with onsite, full-time hours from January-August or May-December.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree and returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position.
• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from January-August, May/June-December, or August-December.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and run LC-MS and MSI methods to characterize therapeutic proteins, bioconjugates, and biomarkers.
• Apply fragmentation techniques CID and ExD to characterize conjugated payloads.
• Use CE-MS and iCIEF to characterize protein charge variants.
• Build reference databases and spectral libraries; process and interpret mass spectrometry data.
• Run high-throughput proteomics workflows using DIA methods and perform database searching with FDR control.
• Develop and evaluate platform immunoassays, including ELISA and western blot, to support studies.
• Support development and purification of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) using multiple chemistries and chromatography.
• Document procedures and results; present findings to the analytical sciences team.
