Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and client-focused service on site. You will oversee operations, manage on-site communications with empathy, and handle project paperwork to secure successful completions.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, local residency, and the ability to lift 50 lbs in demanding environments; 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• Local candidate; respond quickly to calls and on-site needs.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion without direct people management.
