Aftermath is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects, including blood, bodily fluids, and trauma scenes. This role focuses on safety, quality, and client communication on-site, with no direct people management.

You'll oversee job execution, handle paperwork and scope approvals, and work in a hybrid pay structure with competitive hourly compensation. Local candidates who can respond quickly are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Local candidate; able to respond within 1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion without direct people management.
