Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field with 0–3 years industry experience; or a master’s with 8+ years experience.
• Hands‑on experience in bioconjugation chemistry and protein purification.
• Experience with conjugation of proteins, peptides, antibodies, or oligonucleotides.
• Strong understanding of linker chemistry and site‑specific modification strategies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and conducts experiments to synthesize and optimize conjugation of oligonucleotides to proteins, peptides, and antibodies.
• Develops and evaluates novel conjugation strategies and site‑specific modification approaches.
• Purifies and characterizes bioconjugates using chromatographic and analytical techniques.
• Analyzes and interprets data to guide molecular design and process optimization.
• Independently troubleshoots complex synthetic, purification, and analytical challenges.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to advance therapeutic candidates and milestones.
