Qualifications

PhD or Master’s with extensive industry experience in bioconjugation and purification.
Hands-on experience in conjugation chemistry and protein purification.
Experience with protein/oligonucleotide conjugation and purification techniques.

Responsibilities

Designs and conducts experiments to synthesize and optimize oligonucleotide conjugation to proteins, peptides, and antibodies.
Develops novel conjugation strategies and site-specific modification approaches.
Purifies and characterizes bioconjugates using chromatographic and analytical methods.
Analyzes data to guide molecular design and process optimization.
Troubleshoots complex synthetic and analytical challenges.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to advance therapeutic candidates and milestones.
Maintains thorough experimental records and communicates findings through reports.
Contributes to bioconjugation platform innovation and technology development.
Supports transfer of conjugation processes to development and manufacturing teams.
