The role requires a BS in Business, Engineering, Industrial Tech or related field, 5+ years in bio/chemical industries, and proven leadership in new market spaces

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years commercial experience in the bio or chemical industry.
• Experience in the bio-technology sector.
• Broad market development capability with leadership in new business spaces.
• Strong product and application development expertise.
• Global relationship development experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish vision and direction for the assigned market segment within the Bio-catalysis Platform.
• Develop and execute application pipeline targets, channel strategy, and customer engagement plans.
• Lead value chain engagement and influence key decision makers on solutions.
• Create and maintain competitor profiles and update Value in Use analyses.
• Guide cross-functional teams in planning and completing new market development projects.
