Job summary

Azenta Inc. is seeking a Biobank Technician for the 2nd shift (3:30 pm–12:00 am) based in Indianapolis or Plainfield, Indiana. You will register, label, retrieve and discard research samples while maintaining strict temperature controls and traceability.

You will follow SOPs and GMP/GTP/GLP standards, work with regulatory requirements, and use our inventory system to ensure accurate chain of custody, quality checks, and timely sample handling for lab services.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Register samples into the inventory system.
• Label, store, retrieve and discard samples per SOPs.
• Ensure temperature controls and chain of custody.
