Qualifications

• Two years’ experience demonstrating teamwork, self-motivation, detail orientation, and professionalism.
• Experience with on-the-job and/or classroom training.
• Ability to read/understand/interpret basic correspondence, instructions, rules, procedures in English.
• Life Sciences experience preferred.
• GMP/GTP/CLIA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the training program in the Biobank, including policy implementation and SOP alignment.
• Hands-on training of personnel and tracking individual training to align with company needs.
• Develop best practices to standardize global processes and efficient use of resources.
• Support CAPA investigations and documentation requirements.
