Responsibilities include handling biospecimens, using LabVantage LIMS for tracking, and supporting storage optimization and study close‑out.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Coursework or laboratory experience in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, or a related discipline.
• Basic laboratory skills such as pipetting and sample handling.

Aufgaben

• Support biospecimen receipt, documentation, storage, retrieval, and distribution per SOPs and safety requirements.
• Use LabVantage LIMS to support sample tracking, chain of custody, and lifecycle traceability.
• Support automation and robotics workflows used for sample reformatting, storage, and retrieval.
• Handle biospecimens across required temperature conditions following SOPs, safety requirements, and chain‑of‑custody practices.
• Support study close‑out, sample reconciliation, and storage optimization activities for long‑term storage and efficiency.
• Identify and elevate sample, labeling, inventory, or documentation discrepancies to Biobank team members.
