Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet or SharePoint preferred.
• Interest in process improvement and emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint design and maintenance for team sites and libraries.
• Leverage ChatGPT and digital tools to draft documents and templates.
• Assist with process improvement projects and map workflows.
• Data entry and reporting in Smartsheet/Excel; prepare team reports.
• Documentation and compliance support.
• Cross-functional collaboration with study teams, clinical ops, and vendors.
• Ad hoc tasks and learning opportunities.
• Additional duties as assigned.
