Qualifications

• PhD with 5+ years or MS with 8+ years in bioanalysis or analytical chemistry.
• Deep expertise in LC‑MS/MS bioanalysis, method development, qualification/validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Sciex platforms (e.g., 7600 ZenoTOF, 6500+) and high‑resolution MS.
• Background in ADCs/DACs or related bioconjugates; in vitro and in vivo PK/PD data understanding.
• Exposure to regulatory bioanalytical guidance (FDA/EMA) for large molecules.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, qualification, and execution of bioanalytical methods for DAC modalities across matrices.
• Design LC‑MS/MS workflows for quantitation of payloads, linker‑derived species and catabolites.
• Apply high‑resolution MS for DAC characterization and metabolite identification.
• Develop hybrid LBA–LC‑MS/MS strategies to quantify conjugates and differentiate molecular species.
• Lead in vitro studies (plasma stability, linker cleavage) and in vivo PK/tissue distribution.
• Collaborate with DMPK, Proteomics, Pharmacology and Chemistry to inform design and exposure, and supervise CROs.
• Author technical reports and study summaries; troubleshoot matrix effects and conjugate heterogeneity.
