Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Scientist I to join the Bioanalytical team. The candidate will develop and run LC-MS/MS assays to support drug discovery programs and quantify drug candidates and biomarkers in biological matrices.

The role involves applying bioanalytical method development, data reporting, and close collaboration with pharmacology, chemistry and biology teams to enable informed decision-making in drug development. Onsite in Brisbane, CA with a competitive salary.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in LC-MS/MS method development for small molecules in biological matrices.
• Strong documentation and notebook-keeping for bioanalytical work.
• Excellent communication in cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide bioanalytical support for in vivo PK/PD and efficacy studies.
• Develop and qualify LC-MS/MS methods for drug, metabolite and biomarker analysis.
• Quantitate drug candidates and biomarkers in various matrices (blood, plasma, tissues, CSF).
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain LC-MS/MS equipment and software.
