Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Scientist 1 to join the Bioanalytical team. You will develop LC-MS/MS methods, quantify drug candidates and metabolites, and support PK/PD and biomarker analysis in in vivo and in vitro studies.

The successful candidate will have extensive bioanalytical method development experience using LC-MS/MS and related techniques, with collaboration across pharmacology, chemistry and biology to drive drug discovery programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in small molecule biomarker analysis and bioanalytical assay development.
• Experience quantitating drug candidates and metabolites in complex biological matrices.
• Proven ability to develop and qualify LC-MS/MS methods for in vivo and in vitro studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop LC-MS/MS methods to quantify drug candidates and metabolites.
• Quantify endogenous biomarkers in biological matrices (blood, plasma, tissue, CSF, etc.).
• Perform in vivo and in vitro sample analysis and report high-quality data.
• Maintain detailed notebook records and collaborate with pharmacology, chemistry and biology teams.
