Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Scientist to lead bioanalytical strategies for DACs, focusing on LC-MS/MS and hybrid approaches to quantify and characterize complex bioconjugates in vitro and in vivo. You will collaborate across DMPK, Proteomics, Pharmacology, and Chemistry to drive exposure–response insights and ensure robust assay development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 5+ years or M.S. with 8+ years of relevant industry experience in Bioanalysis or Analytical chemistry.
• Deep expertise in LC-MS/MS method development, qualification/validation, and troubleshooting for complex modalities.
• Experience with DACs, ADCs, or related bioconjugates and in vitro/in vivo PK studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and qualification of bioanalytical methods for DAC modalities in biological matrices.
• Design LC-MS/MS workflows for quantitation of payloads and catabolites using Sciex platforms.
• Apply HRMS for DAC characterization and metabolite identification.
• Develop hybrid LBA–LC-MS/MS strategies for conjugate quantitation.
• Coordinate in vitro and in vivo study support, including PK and tissue distribution.
• Mentor scientists and oversee CROs for method development and qualification.
