Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Specialist to join the Bioanalysis group in the BA-DMPK department in Ridgefield, CT. You will support dispensing, tracking, storage, and shipment of reagents used in bioanalytical assays for nonclinical and clinical studies, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes independent work with strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with SOPs

Qualifications

• BS degree and laboratory experience in inventory management, logistics, or operational support.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material dispensing requests and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with proper packaging, labeling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with internal customers and external vendors regarding dispensing requests, shipment status, and logistics requirements.
• May be assigned additional responsibilities (e.g., equipment maintenance, freezer management) under the direction of Bioanalysis/DMPK Management.
