Lilly invites applications for an Associate Scientist in Discovery Bioanalysis. You will develop, qualify, and run ligand binding and PCR-based assays to support PK/PD and biodistribution assessments of novel modalities.

Collaborative cross-functional work and high-quality data generation are essential. Qualified candidates will have a BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years in biology/biochemistry or related fields, and experience with ligand binding and PCR-based assays in biotech/pharma

Qualifications

• BS with 5+ years in biology/biochemistry or related field; MS with 3+ years acceptable.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and qualify ligand binding assays for quantifying drugs in biological matrices.
• Develop and run PCR-based assays (qPCR, RT-qPCR, ddPCR) for nucleic acids.
• Support PK/PD and biodistribution studies with data analysis and summaries.
• Maintain documentation in electronic lab notebooks following data integrity standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
