Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a 2nd shift Printing and Bindery Specialist to operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. You will set up machines for production, perform routine maintenance, and help train new team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment and set up machines for production.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machines; troubleshoot issues and request maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate crew assignments and train new team members.
