Job summary

RRD in Durham, NC is seeking a production operator to run offline binding/finishing equipment and support ongoing production runs. You will set up, adjust, and maintain machines, perform basic cleaning and lubrication, and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Maintain machine operation through cleaning and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate crewmembers and train new team members as required.
• Familiarity with routine operating procedures and basic clerical tasks.
• Maintain operating and maintenance records; write labels for tapes, etc.
