Job summary

RRD is seeking a production operator to run offline and binding/finishing equipment at our Indiana facility. You will set up machines, adjust for production runs, and ensure optimal operation through cleaning and lubrication.

You may troubleshoot, document maintenance actions, and help supervise or train new team members as needed. Salary and benefits accompany a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures for setup and operation of equipment.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating equipment and keeping records.
• Identifies improper operation and makes basic adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine for optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate crewmembers and may train new team members.
