Sheridan New Hampshire, part of the Sheridan Group, is hiring for a Machine Operator. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, with a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 11:00 PM shift and 4 team members to join a hands-on, quality-focused production floor.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? We’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Reliable and able to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
