Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for day shift 7a–7p. This full-time role offers competitive pay with overtime opportunities and hands-on training on high-speed bindery equipment.

You’ll join a stable, team-oriented production floor focused on quality, safety, and learning long-term skills in print manufacturing. Lifting up to 50 lbs and fast-paced environment are part of daily work.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and organizational skills required.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Able to operate basic tools.
• Strong attendance and teamwork.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, operation, and maintenance of the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee performance and training of crew.
• Train Assistant Operator and other crew members.
• Delegate work and assign duties to crew.
• Customize orders to specifications.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete paperwork and forms.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily job functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
