Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a skilled Bindery Specialist for the 3rd shift in West Bend, WI. You will set up and operate binding machines, ensure quality control, and supervise the crew to meet daily production targets.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.26 per hour with a $2/hr shift differential for the 3rd shift. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret work orders with bindery requirements.
• Able to calculate distances, clearances, and fits for combining machines.
• Skilled in adjusting and maintaining bindery machines and tooling.
• Knowledge of various bindery equipment and finishing processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stations and monitor quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate various binding machines and finishing equipment.
• Operate multiple function bindery machines and associated devices.
• Inspect equipment for safety and monitor production output.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production.
• Monitor quality and productivity.
