Job summary

RRD is seeking a Bindery Operator for the 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift in Wisconsin. The role pays $20.00 to $26.00 per hour plus a $2 per hour second-shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. You will set up and operate binding equipment, monitor quality, and lead the crew through production.

Qualifications

• Experience with setup and operation of binding, folding, collating equipment to produce finished printed materials.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Knowledge of paper weights, sizes, finishes and how they affect machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and maintain proper operation.
• Operate bindery stations to produce books, catalogs, magazines; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate multiple workstations on a single machine.
• Direct crew through production and monitor quality, output and productivity.
