Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring for a 2nd shift Machine Operator to run high-speed bindery equipment. We train you how to set up cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders while you learn on the job.

You will work Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and a $2,500 signing bonus after the initial 12 weeks. You’ll be part of a team focused on quality and safety on a busy production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
