Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire, part of Sheridan Group, is hiring a Machine Operator (We’ll Train You!) for 2nd shift. The role offers a $2,500 hiring bonus, 40-hour weeks, and overtime opportunities in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment.

You’ll learn to run high-speed bindery equipment, on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and team-based production goals. No bindery experience? We’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
