Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Machine Operator to learn on high-speed bindery equipment. We’ll train you, start on 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. You’ll work with cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders; maintain quality, hit daily production goals, and follow safety procedures in a fast, team-oriented production floor.

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Learn to operate bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
