Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring for a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. You’ll learn to run high-speed bindery equipment, operate and set up machines, and contribute to a fast-paced, safety‑minded production floor in a print manufacturing environment.

We’re building a team of four eager learners who will grow into long-term careers, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Practical, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Willing to learn bindery equipment with training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
